National Long-term Care Awareness Month

“National Long-term Care Awareness Month” is an annual observation in the month of November to focus on disorders requiring prolonged care. More than 70 percent of people aged above 65 years require long-term care services and acute interventions to help them tackle the disability they suffer from owing to growing age. Growing age has a reverse effect on mental health, and this makes it imperative to raise awareness about the possible disorders that may affect them in the long run.
